I. General Terms

I'll provide you a sketch first. Before I begin completing the commission, I must receive complete payment via PayPal unless otherwise discussed.
After receiving payment, I'll begin finalizing the commission and send it to you via contact of your choice.
Please understand that commissions may be selected depending on a variety of factors including situational conditions and personal choice. I will also reject your commission if I believe it is beyond my ability. Aside from the terms above, I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
I will not create artwork with a patriotic, or religious subject.
You may not alter my work and remove my signatures/watermarks.
It is strictly prohibited to utilize my work for commercial, advertising, or self benefit unless discussed.
Prices are subject to change based on difficulty, props, and background.
Reposting is okay with credit!
You can ask for minor changes and adjustments to final pieces. Payment is required for large alterations and redraws.
Contact of your choice (e.g. Instagram, E-mail, Discord) will be used to send progress sketches.

III. Payment
- Payment is made through a Paypal invoice. All rates are in USD.- Regular rates are for personal use only.- Commercial rates are 200% the original price. Estimate will be further discussed.- You have the choice of placing a Rush Order, however it will cost you +50% the original price.- Once everything else has been agreed upon, an invoice will be delivered to your PayPal account.- Partial payments are possible with prior consultation. The first payment must be made within one week following the commission request.
IV. Cancelling | Refunding
- I provide full refunds before I start working on your commission, partial refunds halfway through, but no refunds after I've completed it.- The client has the ability to revoke an order if payment is not yet submitted.
V. Process
- Due to academic and/or personal obligations, my turnaround time spans from 3 days to 5 weeks- Check my process out in Trello!The final product will not be provided until the commission is paid in full.
NO NFTs
You acknowledge that the illustrations created for any and all commissions made by me, the artist (at any completion stage) will not be placed on or used by any and all past, present, or future blockchain-related technologies, all past, present, or future marketplaces, or made into NFTS or Cryptocurrencies under ANY AND ALL circumstances at any time. This includes any previous, current, and future adaptations, versions, and iterations of the aforementioned technologies, selling platforms, or trading/investing areas, as well as public and private websites and/or mobile apps.
The unauthorized use of personal/individual branded commissioned artwork in any shape or form is strictly forbidden without my written consent and signature. This covers activities taken by a machine or by a human choice.If it is discovered that a client is using past, present, or future commissioned artwork done by me, the artist, as an NFT or cryptocurrency in any manner at any time, the client will:Be prohibited from accessing my services.
Pay me, the artist, the entire amount received through NFT and cryptocurrency sales in a regulated, government-recognized currency, preferably USD, via PayPal.
Have their commission be deducted from my public art hosting services.

Commission Types
Character Design- The character design starts at $150- Until otherwise indicated, the design does not include a reference sheet.- Layout, props design, headshots, and other items may incur additional fees.- Pixels for the canvas will depend on the client, or you can let me pick it for you. My default is 5300x2800!
Info for Illust- All additional characters is +85% the original price- Additional items will vary from 3-40 USD depending on complexity- Busts do not include hands. There will be an extra charge if you'd like to include them. ($7 per hand)- Pixels for the canvas will depend on the client, or you can let me pick it for you! My default is 1935 x 2975pxBackground Details- Default is flat colored/gradient. Simple patterns and small details are free of charge. If you prefer a detailed background, feel free to discuss it with me!
